Bookings are essential to ensure your activity can go ahead on time as planned. This can be done through the website or by contacting us directly. We may have spaces for spontaneous requests and can accommodate if you call through. We may sometimes not be able to answer directly due to current bookings, so please leave a message for us to respond to. Thank you.
West Coast Watercraft offers a full refund or credit for cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice, or in the event of an operator-initiated cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If you don’t show up for the booking, you will be charged the full price. You can cancel by phone call, SMS, email, DM, and should leave a voicemail, as we may be out on the water due to current bookings.
We provide mandatory helmets & life-vests for some activities and have some wetsuits available for use, although we recommend you have your own if needed. Shark deterrent devices & sunscreen available.
For safety reasons, all hires are supervised, except for the Subnado underwater scooters. We can help you learn to use the watercraft, including assistance with launching them.
Anyone who wants to ride anything at West Coast Watercraft must listen to the safety briefing, and sign our hardcopy waiver form, presenting valid photo ID. Riders under 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign the waiver on their behalf, detailing the rider’s name and date of birth.
In order to secure your booking, we require credit or debit card details to be entered on the form, or a $500 cash deposit, refundable on the safe and undamaged return of the vessel.
On the spot hires may be possible, with cash payment or EFT available (2% surcharge).
